Scott Graham Paris never missed an opportunity to high-five friends or passing strangers. That willingness to celebrate the people around him came to an end on Saturday, June 10, 2017 when he died at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital. WORLAND — Two 10-year-old friends will spend an afternoon and early evening Wednesday trying to raise funds and awareness of the many animals available for adoption at New Horizons Care Center. Audra Neighbors and Aubree Kruger volunteer at New Hope Humane Society walking the dogs and spending time with the cats to help them socialize.
