    WORLAND - The best Wyoming has to offer in football and basketball competed over the weekend in the Shrine Bowl and Wyoming vs. Montana basketball All-Star games. Worland's Haley Schneider helped lead the Wyoming All-Stars to a 71-64 victory over the Montana All-Stars Friday evening at Sheridan College.     WORLAND - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Worland Field Office hosted a presentation about Wyoming's rare earth elements (REE) on Wednesday, by Wayne M. Sutherland of the Wyoming State Geological Survey.     February 24, 1939 – June 4, 2016 Byron Ford, age 77, of Ten Sleep, Wyoming, died peacefully in his sleep after an eight-month long battle with small cell lung cancer. He was born in Hayden, CO to W. Howard and Myrtle O. Ford. He grew up in Colorado, and along the Wyoming-Nebraska border with his brother Robert.
