    WORLAND - Chopper CrossFit gym members Anna Fetter and Alejandra Rice competed at the Mountain West Wyoming state powerlifting competition, in Laramie on June 18, and are now the state champions in their respective weight classes.     WORLAND - Worland's Major and Minor baseball teams will host a tournament this weekend starting Saturday and ending Sunday at Newell Sargent Park. Saturday will be the pool play portion of the tournament and Sunday will be bracket play. Competing with Worland in the Majors will be Gillette, Sheridan, Douglas, Wheatland, Riverton and Buffalo.     CHEYENNE (AP) — The Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee has voted against asking for a special legislative session to address Wyoming’s financial woes. The decision Wednesday came a day after Gov. Matt Mead detailed about $248 million in budget cuts. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that the appropriations committee doesn’t have the ability to initiate a special session on its own, but must ask the Legislature’s Management Council to request one.
