    WORLAND - A wrongful death lawsuit was filed against Banner Health, an emergency room doctor and a nurse at Washakie Medical Center in the Fifth Wyoming Judicial District Court in Worland Tuesday in connection with the death of a Worland man in July 2013.     WORLAND — A Washakie County man was arraigned in the Wyoming Fifth Judicial District Court in Worland Wednesday morning in connection with the shooting death of another Washakie County man. Anthony David Haire, 31, entered a not guilty plea in district court before Judge Robert Skar. Haire is charged with one count of manslaughter and one count of reckless endangerment.     Worland Middle School and Worland High School students will see a change in the district’s policy on illicit drug use after the school board approved the changes on the third reading at Monday’s meeting. Students who participate in extracurricular activities will be subject to random testing for illicit substances beginning the 2015 – 2016 school year. (Crew) Davenport in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
