CHEYENNE — Emergency responders, highway maintenance, highway construction and utility crew members will enjoy added roadside protection beginning July 1 with Wyoming’s new Move Over law in place. The Wyoming Department of Transportation’s sign crew in northwest Wyoming completed its task of replacing old Move Over signs with new ones last week. WORLAND — Last week Private First Class Blaine Kroger, a 2017 graduate of Worland High School, was awarded the United States Army’s coveted Expert Infantry Badge while stationed at Fort Hood Texas with the 1st Cavalry Division, 2nd Brigade Combat Team. Bill Martin, 89, of Thayne, Wyoming passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 17th, 2018. Bill was born in Laramie, Wyoming on February 18, 1929 to Leotha and Walter Martin. He attended grade school in Laramie and moved to Cody, graduating from Cody High School in 1948. He excelled in athletics – football, wrestling, and track.
