    THERMOPOLIS – According to a press release issued by Hot Springs County Emergency Management Coordinator Bill Gordon, the Bureau of Reclamation announced Tuesday afternoon that the water level in Boysen has leveled off and that the release of 9,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) will be maintained until the end of the week.     CHEYENNE — Motorists will pay more for driver license and motor vehicle registration fees starting July 1. During the 2017 legislative session, lawmakers approved two bills, which will increase the fees for a driver license and the state’s portion of motor vehicle registrations. The new law takes effect July 1. The increases will replace a portion of the $25 million in state general funding lawmakers removed from the Wyoming Department of Transportation’s budget this past session.     WORLAND – The Washakie County Attorney’s office has released the name of the man injured in a police-officer shooting in Worland Sunday night. Former Worland resident Joel Moreno, 32, was shot in the abdomen after allegedly attacking Worland police officers with a baseball bat. Moreno is still receiving treatment in a Billings hospital. His condition has been upgraded to fair, according to a release from the County Attorney’s Office.
