Richard A "Dick Steele passed away June 26, 2016 at the Washakie Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Dick was born April 2, 1939 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to H.R. "Bud" and Dorothy (Meston) Steele. He moved to Worland with his family in 1952, graduating from Washakie County High School in 1957. While in school he worked for Triangle Meat Packing. Howard Arthur Phillips, 59, of Worland died Tuesday, May 24, 2016 in Billings, Montana after having a heart attack at his home Sunday May 22nd. Howard was born in Laramie, Wyoming on October 17, 1956 to John E. and Shirley Phillips. His early childhood was spent there and he remembered riding bikes with the neighborhood kids and spending time with family, especially his cousins and grandmother.
