    CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails is accepting public comment through August 1, on proposed fee increases expected to go into effect January 1.     A need to increase time for orange period at Worland High School is prompting school officials to add 10 more minutes to the school day starting in the 2018-2019 school year.
