    BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The U.S. Department of Agriculture is providing additional assistance for livestock producers dealing with the ongoing drought across North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana. The USDA has expanded emergency grazing on land enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program, including those counties where drought conditions are moderate.     The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a flood advisory for snowmelt in northwestern Washakie County until 8 p.m. Tuesday. Emergency management reported ongoing minor flooding along the Big Horn River in Washakie County especially where 15 Mile Creek enters the Big Horn River near Worland. Jon was born on July 20,1980 in Twin falls Idaho to Carlos "Charles" Leyva and Polly (Muñoz) Leyva. He married Tiffany Leyva (McQuarrie) and from that marriage they had three daughters named Natalia, Nyssa and Mariska Leyva.
