    CHEYENNE – University of Wyoming redshirt junior Milo Hall announced Thursday morning on Twitter that he is leaving the Cowboys football program.     Herbert Laroy Walker, 52-year-old Worland resident, passed away June 27, 2018 at his residence after a battle of long extended illnesses. Herb was born on May 14, 1966, the oldest son of Rodney Thomas and Della Belle (Stewart) Walker. He spent his early childhood in the Manderson-Hyattville area, moving to Ten Sleep in 1976.     John passed away June 22, 2018 at the Star Valley Ranch in Thayne, WY. John was born June 3, 1922 in Redstone, NH to Charles and Grace McLellan. After graduation John enlisted in the army, serving in the 10th Mountain Division Ski Troops in WWII, during which he saw combat in the Aleutian Islands and in Italy where he was wounded and received the Purple Heart and Bronze Star for his service.
