    For the third consecutive year the Bighorn Climbers Coalition will hold the Ten Sleep Climbers Festival at the Ten Sleep Brewing company Saturday, July 2 starting at 6:30 p.m. The Festival will include food, beverages, games, prizes and live music. The band A Couple of Carnie Bums will be the opening act for Ten Sleep musician Jalan Crossland. (AP) — The Interior Department said Thursday it is changing the way it values coal mined from public lands in the West to make sure mining companies are not shortchanging taxpayers on sales to Asia and other markets.     HOLBROOK, Ariz. (AP) — An Arizona man who shot and killed the mother of his grandchildren outside a courthouse after a custody hearing in rural Arizona is now charged with first-degree murder. Navajo County spokesman Adam Wolfe says 47-year-old Salomon Diaz of Snowflake is being held on a $2 million bond.
