    The past week (from June 20) was unusually busy. I knew there were some big events coming up toward the end of the week and the end of the week seemed to arrive in a hurry, as my work at the law firm kept me hopping.     WORLAND – Washakie County commissioners discussed shortfalls to Washakie County for the 2016-2017 fiscal year budget. “I think obviously our biggest cut out there is reduction in valuation and reduction in sales tax,” Commission Chair Aaron Anderson said. Valuation is down $30 million, and valuation revenue to the county is down $370,000, he added.     CODY (AP) — Officials from Park County communities are trying to determine how they would spend around $15 million if voters approve a 1 cent sales tax. Cody, Powell, Meeteetse and Park County officials say the tax would end when the money has been spent. Meeteetse officials want $2 million for a water project and another $1.5 million for sewer upgrades.     Many baby girls answering to Emma and baby boys named Mason are keeping their families busy with both chosen most often as newborn names in 2015 across Wyoming, according to the Wyoming Department of Health’s Vital Statistics Services program.     WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI won’t recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while secretary of state, agency Director James Comey said Tuesday, lifting a major legal threat to her presidential campaign. But Comey called her actions “extremely careless” and faulted the agency she led for a lackadaisical approach to handling classified material. Jackie was born on August 14, 1953 in Worland, a daughter of Eleanor (Carlson) and John Maurice Feraud. Jackie was raised on the family sheep ranch on Gooseberry Creek west of Worland.     Ruby E. Rabun, 84, of Worland, Wyoming passed away on July 3, 2016. She was born on September 13, 1931 in Huntley, Wyoming, a daughter of Hattie Pearl (Jones) and Albert Alonzo Bohannon. She was raised in southeast Wyoming. She met Raymond M. Rabun and the couple were married on September 18, 1947 in Guernsey, Wyoming. They lived in Wheatland, Wyoming where she continued her education. In 1949 the family moved to Worland where her husband was employed in the oilfields.
