The Blue Jays opened the tournament against Rock Springs Wednesday morning and had another two games against Gillette and Buffalo Thursday afternoon.     WORLAND - Nearly 60 bicyclists from Cycle America rode into Worland Wednesday. The group started in Seattle and will be travelling to Boston, according to Cycle America owner Greg Walsh. "Cycle America is an organization that's been organizing bike trips across the United States since 1988. In around 2000 we started including Worland as far as one of the overnights," Walsh said.     CODY (AP) — A float that appeared during a Cody parade has been the subject of criticism, with many suggesting it insulted members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. The Cody Enterprise reports the float seen during the Stampede Parade over the weekend featured a wildlife scene and outhouse with a sign that read “Transgender Restroom.” An arrow on the sign pointed at the outhouse.     CHEYENNE (AP) — The Wyoming Lottery has turned over its second payment this year to the state. The lottery transferred more than $915,000 of its profits on Wednesday. In April, the WyoLotto handed over more than $1 million. The lottery shares its revenue with the state quarterly. The amount depends on the lottery’s profits, which vary quarter to quarter.     TEN SLEEP – The Ten Sleep Town Council held a special meeting Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at town hall, to review the town’s sewage rates and outline a few minor projects before their regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. In order to qualify for a sewage improvement loan from the United States Department of Agriculture, the town must first prove that the sewage system is self-sustainable under current rates. Born December 14, 1923 in Loveland, Colorado, she was the daughter of Clyde and Julia (Heinricy) Smith. After living in Casper and Worland the family moved to the Lucerne area.
