    WORLAND — A state of Wyoming veterans service officer from the Wyoming Veterans Commission will conduct community outreach services in Wyoming cities throughout July. Josh Schmidt is available to meet with veterans and their families to discuss state and federal veterans’ benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs claims, or VA healthcare.     By KARLA POMEROY Editor WORLAND — The Worland Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission approved the site plan for a new privately-owned general aviation hangar owned by Ty Jenkins. During the board’s regular meeting July 5, Airport Manager Lynn Murdoch said Jenkins has been wanting to get this project done for a while and they have been working on it for more than a year.
