The Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees approved the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget at the regular monthly meeting Monday. Tyler Boyd Lyman, 50, of Ten Sleep, Wyoming, passed away on June 30, 2023 at the Washakie Medical Center ED from medical complications that began after surgery. Tyler was born on March 26, 1973 to Betty Colt and Dwight Lyman in Worland, Wyoming. He grew up in Ten Sleep where he graduated in 1991. In 2000, Tyler and Neysha Decker began dating.
