    WORLAND — Effective yesterday (July 13), fire restrictions are in effect for all public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management Cody, Lander and Worland field offices.     Richard Joseph Bury 74, Worland resident, lost his 2-year long battle with cancer on July 10, 2017. Dick was born December 29, 1942 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Joseph and Eva (Legerski) Bury. He married Judy Calanborn on Oct 23, 1965 in Sheridan. They later divorced in 1997. Dick received his early education in Monarch, Wyoming and Holy Name Catholic School in Sheridan, graduating from Sheridan High School in 1961.
