Worland is pulling out all of the stops to welcome home First Lieutenant Alva Ray Krogman of the Air Force who was lost over Laos in the Vietnam War 54 years ago. On July 19 Krogman's remains will be flown into Billings, Montana. WORLAND — The City of Worland is issuing seven citations to Clayton Draggoo, owner of Veile Mortuary this week after it was discovered he was installing a crematory at the mortuary location on Eighth Street without valid permits or zoning.
