    Vicente Herrera, 65, passed away on July 2, 2021 in Salt Lake City after a courageous battle with cancer. He would have said, "I was given a gift of life and I tried to make the best of that gift from my maker. That gift started on August 15, 1955 when he was born to Eduvijes and Ramona Herrera in Laredo, Texas. His family eventually moved to Brigham City, Utah as migrant workers.     Tracy Jean (Dworshak) Brazelton, 59-year-old Worland resident passed away at the Billings Clinic on July 5, 2021 with her loving husband by her side. Tracy was born on November 26, 1961 in Bozeman, Montana to Henry and Irene (Burmeister) Dworshak. She was the youngest of three children, joining big brothers Bruce and Ross.
