    Stella Fritzler passed away in Casper, Wyoming on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. She was recently preceded in death by her dear husband, Bruce Fritzler. Stella was born in Worland, Wyoming on November 3, 1931, the daughter of Dr. Donald Porter and Alberta (Kehr) Porter.
