    WORLAND —A husband and wife are charged with conspiracy to commit forgery in Washakie County Circuit Court in Worland. The Cynthia and Justin Fabela originally wrote 15 fraudulent checks for a total of $1,515. The Fabelas waived their right to a speedy trial Monday.     Leona M. Elliott, 78, died July 19, 2015 at Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital in Denver, CO. Born in Thermopolis in 1936, she was one of five children of Jake and Mary (Mullendore) Elliott. In 1958 she moved to Folsom, CA where she was employed 30 years in the aerospace industry. Following retirement she returned to Thermopolis. She is survived by her sister, Lila Boss; brother, Larry (Davena) Elliott and several nieces and nephews.
