    The Central Administration Office will be named after longtime custodian Joe Arnold following a unanimous vote by the Hot Springs County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees last Tuesday, July 18.     Washakie County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing Worland woman. Sheriff Austin Brookwell said the Sheriff's Office was informed on Saturday at 8:59 p.m. that Breanna Mitchell, 28, was missing. Searches have been conducted by Search and Rescue, family members, friends and volunteers on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.     The budget hearing of the Washakie County School District No. 2 Board of Trustees on July 19 was brief, but the general fund amount of $3,614,275 was announced and adopted by the board. The school’s business administrator Rachel Casteel prefaced this number by saying that all numbers discussed in the meeting were still preliminary and subject to change.     Worland High School senior and Chief Washakie FFA member Sydnee Roady competed in her third National High School Finals Rodeo last week in Gillette. Roady competed in the reined cow horse competition. On her first ride on Monday, July 17, Roady placed fourth with a score of 282.
