    SHERIDAN – Forest supervisor Bill Bass has signed a special order to establish stage 1 fire restrictions in the Bighorn National Forest. The restrictions become effective at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 29.     T.F. "Tex" Kinsey, 89, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at the Worland Healthcare Center. One of twelve children, Tex was born June 14, 1927 in Balko, Oklahoma to John LeRoy and Stella (Ballard) Kinsey. Tex served abroad in the US Army in special services. In 1953 he married Virginia Fern Lahey in Casper where the couple remained until moving to Hyattville in the 1980's.
