    HAMILTON DOME — TCT’s construction crew has completed the main fiber construction portion of their Owl Creek serving area fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) project near Hamilton Dome. They are now in the process of placing drops to the residents.     CASPER (AP) — An examination of Wyoming’s education funding system will include looking into new ways the state can pay for K-12 schools, consultants hired by the state told lawmakers. The consultants, Denver-based Augenblick, Palaich & Associates, will study Wyoming school funding for the rest of this year and into January ahead of the legislative session in February.     WORLAND – A Worland man was sentenced to 6-12 years in the Wyoming State Prison system on Wednesday for his involvement in a shooting during a failed robbery attempt in September 2016. In March, Angel L. Ramos, 18, of Worland, previously of Las Vegas, Nevada, pleaded guilty to three charges including aggravated burglary, and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
