    WORLAND — The Bureau of Land Management Wyoming State Office welcomes several interim managers to the Wind River/Bighorn Basin District.     Cheryl Reichelt is celebrating 10 years as the Washakie Museum and Cultural Center director. According to Reichelt, she came from Great Falls, Montana, where she was a finance manager for the Russell Museum.     LARAMIE - A University of Wyoming Extension educator serving the Big Horn Basin and Wind River Reservation has received the Achievement Award from the National Association of County Agricultural Agents. Rangeland resources educator Mae Smith, based in Greybull, received the award during the association's annual meeting July 12-16 in Sioux Falls, S.D.
