    SHERIDAN – Bighorn National Forest firefighters are responding to a reported wildfire located about eight air miles north/northwest of Burgess Junction. The location is not accessible by road.     WORLAND — Washakie County Law Enforcement will be out in force during the busy travel week of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.     Richard Raymond Baker, 89-year-old former Worland resident passed away on July 29, 2017 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. Richard was born on June 5, 1928 in Torrington, Wyoming to Albert Marion and Emiline Jean (Sutton) Baker. During Richard's early years the family lived in many towns in the northwestern part of Wyoming as the family helped to start many farms in the area.
