    You can learn a lot at county fairs if you just sit back, watch and contemplate. Friday morning on my drive to Basin for the Big Horn County beef show I was contemplating what to write for this week’s column and my mind was full of several topics, including county fairs. We’ve been busy this week covering all three fairs. I have covered horse shows, a rabbit show, swine show, flower show and beef show.     TEN SLEEP — Four bridges are receiving safety improvements east of Ten Sleep on U.S. 16, and a 14-foot width restriction is in place across the bridges.     LOVELL — Due to high temperatures and very high to extreme fire danger across Montana and Wyoming, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area is instituting Stage 2 Fire restrictions on the Montana side of the park beginning August 4, 2017.     WORLAND — In an abbreviated special meeting, the Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees approved a bid for new network servers and approved three new bus drivers. Meeting at the Washakie County Fairgrounds during the fair Friday, the board approve a bid from Pine Cove for new network servers with a five-year warranty for $117,499.04.
