TEN SLEEP - Washakie County School District No. 2 Superintendent Jimmy Phelps stands in the hallway of the Ten Sleep School, flipping through the old and yellowed photos of previous graduates. WORLAND - The Washakie County Library in Worland is bringing the Draper Museum Raptor Experience from Cody to town Thursday. Director Karen Jean Funk said, "We will host the program on the lawn at the library at 6:30 p.m. sharp. The program will last 45-60 minutes, with time for a question and answer session." Things have changed dramatically over the years since I first started in journalism on the many ways we get the news. When I first started we received press releases, letters to the editor or other pre-written news items in about one of three ways — fax, in person or via mail. Today, most things come via email.
