    WORLAND - Worland youth golfer Karsten Simmons finished second in the 16-19 age division at the Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado tournament at Pelican Lakes Golf Club in Windsor, Colorado, on May 12-13. Even with poor weather Simmons shot an 81 for the first round and 76 in the second for a 137 total.     HYATTVILLE — The 15th annual Cowboy Carnival to raise funds the Hyattville Community Center will be this Sunday. Fun begins with the pie contest drop-off from 9 a.m. to noon.     James Eugene Ryan was born March 20, 1930 in Casper, Wyoming, to John Ryan, Sr. and Maude Smith Ryan. He passed away on May 21, 2018, at the Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. On May 26, 1949, he married Dorothy Ann (Dode) Bartos in Douglas, Wyoming. They were married forty-years before her death. They were blessed with nine children.
