    WORLAND - The 11th annual Pepsi Wyoming State Championship BBQ and Bluegrass Festival drew 26 barbecue competitors with a newcomer from California taking home the grand prize Saturday afternoon.     WORLAND - While visiting Worland and Washakie County leaders Monday, Wyoming Governor Matt Mead said it may be time for the state to consider dipping into the state's nearly $2 billion rainy day fund due to declining mineral prices.     WORLAND – After tasting all the treats that the Wyoming BBQ had to offer on Friday, what better way to burn off all those extra calories than with a 5K run Saturday morning?
