    WORLAND — Washakie County commissioners are moving forward with a plan to update the phone system in the Washakie County Courthouse, particularly with the phones in the Washakie County Dispatch Center. The current system is causing a bit of a headache for the sheriff’s office, where the dispatch center is housed, according to Washakie County Sheriff Steve Rakness.     Richard (Dick) A. Shaw, 80 year old long time Worland resident, died on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at Washakie Medical Center. Dick was born on July 13, 1935 in Worland, graduating in 1953 from Worland, High School. He played on the football team that took the state title that year. He married Gayle Tolman on September 19, 1954 in Worland. Dick worked for Safeway as a clerk, transferring in 1963 to Greybull where he became the manager until 1968.
