Deborah was born in Newcastle, WY to Joseph and Marjorie (Garhart) Wood on April 9, 1958. She graduated high school in Newcastle, WY class of 1976.     CHEYENNE (AP) — U.S. Sen. John Barrasso on Tuesday fended off a well-funded challenger in Wyoming’s Republican primary. He beat five opponents, including investor and Stanford University lecturer Dave Dodson of Jackson Hole.     WORLAND — The Worland City Council voted quickly and unanimously to remove funding from the Bank of the West due to the bank’s recent positions on the oil and gas industry. During Tuesday’s meeting, City Attorney Kent Richins said he was presenting the item for action for Clerk Tracy Glanz who was serving as an election judge for the county.     WORLAND – Washakie County Commissioners Fred Frandson and Terry Wolf hold their places on the November ballot, after both incumbents beat challenger Christapher Godfrey in Tuesday’s primary election. Frandson received 1,992 total votes, Wolf 1,501 and Godfrey 473 in the final count. A total of 2,210 Washakie County voters turned out to the polls, voting for a variety of state and local offices.
