    WORLAND - Worland schools are seeing both an increase and decrease in the number of students enrolled for the 2015 – 2016 school year. Washakie County School Dist. No. 1 currently has 1,352 students enrolled as of Monday's school board meeting. At the same time last year, the district had 1,346 students.     WORLAND – The variety of responsibilities that are required for outdoor recreation planning for the Bureau of Land Management is quite long and goes from paperwork to field work.     WORLAND - Deb Larkins of Antiques, Etc. on Big Horn Avenue in Worland is bringing back an antique fair this weekend. Larkins said there used to be an antique fair and since she opened her shop four years ago, people have suggested that she bring back an antique fair.
