Going against Rawlins, Newcastle, Douglas, Wheatland, Torrington, Buffalo, Thermopolis, Cody, Powell, Riverton, Lander, Star Valley, Lyman and Mountain View and the Lady Warriors wound up in fifth place at the end of the Invite.     After Archie Harvard was drafted in early 1942, he first went to Galveston, Texas, for nine weeks, and then took basic training for another nine weeks at Fort Bliss, Texas.     WORLAND – Hedge Music is going back to the start. Owner Dan Frederick said Hedge Music originally started in Powell in 1975. "It's kind of funny.
