    GREYBULL - Glendon LaMar Scott followed in the footsteps of his brothers and joined the U.S. Navy, volunteering for submarine duty during World War II. He was a member of the USS Grayling that was officially reported Sept. 30, 1943, as "lost with all hands." A dedication of a grave in Scott's honor and memory will be in Greybull this Saturday.     WORLAND — Banner Health project manager Brad McCaslin gave his final quarterly update to the Washakie County Commission on Tuesday, and announced a grand opening date for the Washakie Medical Center. Washakie Medical Center broke ground on the $23.4 million construction project June 16, 2015.     WORLAND — Following a recommendation by the auditor, the Worland City Council is considering a 10 percent to 15 percent rate increase for water. James Seckman, certified public accountant, presented a clean annual audit report to the city for the fiscal year that ended June 30.     Robert Walter Ditmer passed away on September 14, 2017 at the age of 92. He was born on August 8, 1925 in Cincinnati, OH to Walter Charles and Mary Elizabeth (Hunt) Ditmer. Bob graduated from West Milton High School in West Milton, Ohio in 1943. He moved to Wyoming in 1946, where he met and married Xelda Mae Arlen Stillwell.
