    TEN SLEEP - After last week's game in St. Stephens in which Ten Sleep had to call due to numerous injuries. The Pioneers had to not only regroup quickly but also develop Wolverine, of the X-Men, like healing powers in time for the Burlington Huskies.     TEN SLEEP – The Ten Sleep Town Council held a special meeting Tuesday to approve a resolution seeking $96,000 from the State Loan and Investment Board for an ongoing sewage improvement project. Previously, the town voted to raise sewer rates by $2, to qualify for a United States Department of Agriculture loan to replace outdated sewer lines and upgrades for the town’s lagoon.     CHEYENNE — The Research & Planning section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported Tuesday that the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell from 5.7 percent in July to 5.5 percent in August (not a statistically significant change). Wyoming’s unemployment rate was significantly higher than its August 2015 level of 4.3 percent and higher than the current U.S. unemployment rate of 4.9 percent.
