    TEN SLEEP – The long-anticipated expansion of the Ten Sleep Library will take a step forward on Oct. 17, when county commissioners will open bids for the 20-foot by 80-foot addition, which is expected to include meeting space, an after-school area, and expanded services for library patrons.     WORLAND – Saturday, to celebrate National Public Lands Day, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) along with community volunteers will collect seeds to be planted during next year’s National Public Lands Day to rehabilitate public land damaged by the Banjo Fire in August. “The plants that we will be collecting seeds from are Indian Paintbrush, Annual Lupine, Gardener’s Salt Bush and Tahoka Daisy.     Peggy Joan Davis (Wilkins) passed away September 28, 2017 at the South Big Horn Basin Hospital surrounded by her children. She was born in Burlington, WY on May 14, 1934. She lived her life to the fullest and had a wonderful life. Peggy grew up in Burlington and never moved from the Big Horn Basin. She married Lee Davis on May 15, 1952.
