WORLAND - She has been playing soccer since she was 4. Now, at 14 years old, BreAnna Parra has earned the opportunity to play among the best soccer players in the nation. Parra was selected to the Wyoming 307 girls' soccer team earlier this year after her performance at a state tournament. The team travels around the nation playing showcase games. SHERIDAN (AP) — The Wyoming Department of Transportation is lowering the speed limit on a 10-mile stretch of U.S. 14 in the Big Horn Mountains after a speed study found most drivers were slowing down already. The Sheridan Press reports that between Dayton and Burgess Junction, from mile post 70 to mile post 80, the speed limit will change from 65 mph to 40 mph.
