Casper police say the man they encountered at 10:30 p.m. Monday claimed he was from the year 2048. WORLAND — Taking just under three weeks, the removal of the sandbar in the Big Horn River north of the U.S. Highway 20 bridge is complete. WORLAND — The Worland Garden Club will be taking over landscaping at Worland City Hall. Club members Jane O’Connor and Kay Fritzler came to Tuesday night’s Worland City Council meeting to discuss plans. O’Connor asked if there was a reliable drip system around city hall. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Police say they’ve found the parents of a newborn left outside a church in Sioux Falls overnight. Officers found the 2-month-old child in a car seat about 8:45 a.m. Tuesday. Investigators believe the child was left there overnight because he was wet and cold. The National Weather Service says temperatures reached a low of 46 overnight with nearly 3 inches of rain.
