    WORLAND - The Worland Fire Department has been teaching fire safety to preschool and elementary school students this week as part of Fire Prevention Week.     CHEYENNE (AP) — New reports show Wyoming’s current economic downturn appears to be leveling out. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that two new reports from the Wyoming Economic Analysis Division show the downturn appeared to hit its low point in the first and second quarters of the year and recent data shows the decline has eased.     BUFFALO – Starting in December, local volunteers will be able to assist with the Western States wolverine conservation Program in the Bighorn National Forest, in cooperation with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.     Myrna Lou (Wesen) Bell, 81, of Sheridan, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at her residence after a short illness. She was born the 10th child of Louis and Elvira (Osterberg) Wesen on July 7, 1935 in Glasgow, MT. She grew up in a loving Christian home and graduated from Glasgow High School in 1953.
