    WORLAND – Originally built in 1938 to offer Worland a "modern" hospital, 1019 Coburn is now home to the Washakie County Library. Designed by Robert K. Fuller of Denver in 1938, the building was completed by Worland builder Ed Green of Green Brothers Construction in 1939.     WORLAND - Wyoming Highway Patrol Lt. Karl Germain and Trooper Regina Schulmeister were on hand Wednesday to collect the stuffed animals and blankets collected by the Worland Senior Center. Building and Kitchen Manager Bernita Bauer said they have been collecting blankets and stuffed animals for the patrol for the past few months. According to the local American Cancer Society chapter, “The third Friday in October each year is National Mammography Day, first proclaimed by President Clinton in 1993.     WORLAND — The Lady Warriors went on the road to Rawlins Thursday and came away with a 99-81 win, highlighted by a new state qualifying time from Felicia Aguilar in the 100 breast.
