    WORLAND — With little to no impact on the communities where changes are being made in the Wyoming National Guard, there has been few public attending recent townhall meetings. Wyoming Army National Guard Capt. Thomas Blackburn of the public affairs office said they have been averaging about six to eight people in the public meetings.     LARAMIE — The first committee involved in the search for a new University of Wyoming president began reviewing applicants for the job Friday, Oct. 16, and has scheduled another meeting Nov. 6 for that purpose. Meanwhile, the second search committee is scheduled to hold an organizational meeting Thursday, Oct. 29, to prepare for its work.     WORLAND – Monday morning, Washakie County Extension educator Phyllis Lewis went to the East Side Elementary School to teach the first graders the proper way to wash their hands and how germs can spread quickly. Lewis began her lesson by explaining to the students the proper way to sneeze, into their forearm.
