    POWELL —Two Northwest College wrestlers were mauled by a grizzly bear while hiking Saturday on the South Fork. Kendell Cummings, a sophomore from Evanston, and Brady Lowry, a redshirt sophomore from Cedar City, Utah, were shed hunting west of the Bobcat Houlihan trailhead on the Shoshone National Forest in heavy cover when the attack happened.     Lynn Tippets Fritz returned to her heavenly home on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 in Powell, Wyoming. Lynn was born on April 17, 1951 to Wendell and Clara Tippets in Worland, Wyoming. She graduated from Worland High School in 1969 and went to work for Mountain Bell. She then went on to work for US Bank, a job she loved for 32 years until she retired in 2013. She married Delvin M. Born Juneko Miyata in Sapporo, Japan, on July 2, 1935, June was the second child of Chiyoko Honda and Kozo Miyata.     WORLAND — The Worland City Council, during their regular meeting on Tuesday, approved a set of road closures for the Halloween holiday. Worland-Ten Sleep Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Ruth Dugger requested that the city block off the portion of Ninth Street from Big Horn Ave north to the alley for the chamber’s Trunk-or-Treat event.
