(AP) — Disorderly conduct charges are pending against a woman who authorities say smeared peanut butter on 30 vehicles outside a gathering in central Wisconsin that she mistakenly thought was a Donald Trump rally. (AP) — The president of the Mississippi NAACP is demanding a federal investigation after the parents of a black high school student said four white students put a noose around their son’s neck at school. “We’re calling on federal investigators to view this as a racial hate crime....     CHEYENNE – Governor Matt Mead held a phone conference on Monday addressing the most recent Consensus Revenue Estimating Group Report (CREG), and outlining budgetary goals for 2017. The CREG projections are the basis for state budgetary recommendations. According to the 2015-16 actual versus 2017-18 projected revenue, the CREG report showed an actual $138 million drop below projection, creating a $42 million shortfall.     NEWCASTLE - At the beginning of the 2016 season the Lady Warriors set a goal of winning the 3A East Conference championship for the third straight season and on Saturday in Newcastle the Lady Warriors did just that.
