    WASHINGTON — Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue designated two Wyoming counties as primary natural disaster areas. Producers in Big Horn and Laramie counties, who suffered losses due to hail, high winds, excessive rain, flash flooding, lightning and tornadoes, may be eligible for U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) emergency loans.     Sharon Kay Ewalt passed away on October 24, 2018 at Worland Health Care. She was born on April 11, 1941 in Worland Wyoming to Earl and Mary Pauline (Case) Stevens. She married Jack Ewalt and spent 58 years together until his passing. She was a dedicated wife and mother and worked many different jobs to help out.
