    CHEYENNE — Gibson Buckley Condie, 57, of Powell, pleaded guilty in federal court on Oct. 27, to health care fraud involving mental health services falsely billed to Wyoming Medicaid, announced Acting United States Attorney John R. Green. Condie, who is a licensed psychologist, had been indicted by a federal grand jury in May 2017 for an alleged scheme to defraud Medicaid.
