    WORLAND – Thirty teachers within their non-continuing contracts had contracts renewed at the Washakie County School District No. 1 Board of Trustees for the 2016 – 2017 school year meeting Monday night. “A non-continuing contract is someone who is not on their fourth year of teaching … on the fourth year they [a teacher] will automatically have another year of employment unless they are terminated,” Superintendent David Nicholas said.     THERMOPOLIS – The CEO of Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital announced her resignation recently, effective June of this year. Robin Roling will go from Thermopolis to Cheyenne to work at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center as the chief operating officer mid-June.     CHEYENNE (AP) — Cheyenne officials are considering a proposal that would allow residents to keep chickens in their yards. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that the City Council is looking at a proposal that would make it legal to keep chickens within city limits.
