WORLAND — Worland City Council members will consider raising sewer and sanitation fees for the third and final time during tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting. Ordinance No. 828, passed on second reading, will increase Worland residents’ garbage fees from $15 $25 per month. Commercial fees would increase from $18 to $28 per month.
