Elias' Proverbs is an inspirational book which covers many different aspects of a person's daily life and was inspired by Molyneux's children.     WORLAND — Worland City Council members will consider raising sewer and sanitation fees for the third and final time during tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting. Ordinance No. 828, passed on second reading, will increase Worland residents’ garbage fees from $15 $25 per month. Commercial fees would increase from $18 to $28 per month.     In the last month or two, I’ve done a lot of traveling, mostly around the Big Horn Basin. September and October are good times to take road trips, because the land is so appealing.
