Born in San Francisco, Crossland grew up in Ten Sleep and considers himself a hybrid of the two cultures.     WORLAND - A record amount of precipitation fell on Worland Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service. During the storm that began early evening Wednesday and lasted through Thursday morning, Worland recorded .39 inches of precipitation for Nov. 1, beating a previous record for Nov. 1 of .19 inches set in 1973.     WORLAND – Johnathan O. Helms, 35 of Worland, was arraigned in the Fifth Judicial District Court in Worland on Wednesday on two counts of sexual intrusion on a victim who is 15 years old, a crime which could bring up to 40 years total if convicted. Helms was arrested and booked into the Washakie County Jail in July, but due to the age of the victim, the case files were closed until arraignment this week.     CHEYENNE (AP) — Wyoming officials are asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit over office space the state is renting out while the state Capitol is being renovated. The Worland-based Voss Family Limited Partnership claims the state fell more than $930,000 behind on rent payments. Since 2015, the partnership has been leasing out part of a Cheyenne building for temporary office space for the secretary of state, state auditor and state treasurer.
