    TEN SLEEP –Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) Director Harry LaBonde Jr., at an open joint meeting of the WWDC and Select Water Committee on Thursday in Casper, requested a well be drilled to supply water to the Lower Nowood Improvement and Service District (LNISD). According to LNISD member Janette King, who attended the WWDC session in Casper, the WWDC approved the request, and awarded 71 percent of the cost to the LNISD.     WORLAND – Those wishing to help honor area Veterans can find a selection of Veterans Day programs in the area that are open to the public. Tuesday, at 7 p.m. the Worland fourth graders from all three Worland elementary schools will have their Veterans Day program at the Worland Middle School Auditorium.
