    WORLAND — The Worland City Council approved the appointment of council member Kreg Lombard to a working committee about the future of the Washakie County Ambulance Service (WCAS).     WORLAND — With the news that the Wyoming State Fair will be one week later next year in August, the Washakie County Fair Board is considering the logistics of changing the county fair dates.     WORLAND — Worland Mayor Jim Gill officially announced the vacancy in Ward 1 at last Wednesday’s regular council meeting, Nov. 6. The vacancy came open after the resignation of Delayne Renner Newton last month.
